​​​​​​​CampSorella takes place at a beautiful Tuscan villa with eight fully equipped apartments surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, and rolling hills. Each apartment combines rustic charm with modern comfort, featuring a cozy living area, kitchen, and access to the garden and pool.

We offer six apartments with private bedrooms (two persons in a double room) and two apartments with a double room and a loft (accommodating up to four guests).

All apartments offer the same level of comfort and amenities — the perfect setting to relax, connect, and enjoy la dolce vita. ​​​​​

​Pricing

The total price for the Camp Sorella retreat is €1,950 per person. 

This all-inclusive package covers accommodation, meals, activities, workshops, yoga, and excursions — everything you need for five unforgettable days in Tuscany.

Our Payment policy is as follows:​​

Bookings made more than 90 days before the retreat (before Mars 18, 2026):​

A 30% deposit (€585) is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance (70% – €1365) is due 60 days before the retreat start date (Mars 18, 2026).

You will receive an email reminder for the final payment.

​​Bookings made less than 60 days before the retreat:​

Full payment of €1950 is required at the time of booking.​​

Our Cancellation policy is as follow:

If you need to cancel your booking, you’ll receive a full refund up to 60 days before the retreat.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the start date are non-refundable, as all arrangements will already be confirmed.

We sincerely regret that we cannot make exceptions to this policy under any circumstances — including (but not limited to) illness, family or work emergencies, weather disruptions, or changes of mind.

If travel issues such as missed, delayed, or canceled flights prevent you from arriving at the retreat, the fees remain non-refundable.
Similarly, no partial refunds can be offered for late arrivals or early departures.

Travel & Health Insurance

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellations, illness, or other unexpected events.
All activities are undertaken at your own risk.
If you are traveling internationally, please ensure that your health insurance covers medical care and possible emergency transportation home.

Program & Camp Rights

We reserve the right to make adjustments to the program, instructors, or activities if necessary — for example, due to weather or local circumstances. Any changes will always be made with the guest experience in mind.

To maintain a harmonious environment for everyone, we also reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or harmful, with no refund provided.

Guests are responsible for any damages to property or belongings caused during their stay.

Liability

By joining CampSorella, you acknowledge that participation in our activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
CampSorella and its team cannot be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages to personal property during your stay or travels related to the retreat.

Our total liability, in any case, will never exceed the amount paid by you for the retreat.

Privacy

We care deeply about your privacy and the security of your personal data.
By registering for CampSorella, you agree that we may store and process your information in accordance with our privacy standards, solely for retreat-related communication and organization.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and Italy, depending on applicable consumer protection regulations.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of your country of residence within the EU. ​​​​​​​​​

Force Majeure

Camp Sorella shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances include but are not limited to: acts of nature (such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disasters), war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, governmental restrictions, transportation disruptions, or any other event that makes it impossible or unsafe to operate the retreat as planned.

In the event of a Force Majeure, Camp Sorella reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the retreat. If cancellation occurs due to such circumstances, participants will be offered the option to transfer their booking to a future retreat or receive a partial refund, depending on the situation and costs already incurred.
