Where You’ll Stay
The Rooms
You will stay in one of the villa’s 10 newly renovated and modern rooms, designed to offer both comfort and tranquility in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.

Double room with shared bathroom
Think of it as the villa experience, fully lived. You'll share a bathroom with the two guests next door — which, honestly, is where some of the best conversations happen. This option is perfect for solo travellers or free spirits who are here to connect, not to hide.

Double room with private bathroom
This room is perfect for two women who are travelling together and want to share the experience, while still having their own private space. Freshen up at your own pace, unwind without rush, and step back out into the Tuscan sun whenever you're ready.

Double room for
single occupancy
If you're coming solo and want to wake up slowly, journal in peace, or simply have the room to yourself after a full day of connection — this is for you.
The villa
Nestled within the heart of Tuscany, our medieval villa boasts a thousand years of history in its walls and offers a unique, peaceful place with modern comfort. Soft earth tones, natural light, and thoughtful details create a space that feels both elegant and grounding.
Located near Sinalunga, 2,5 hours by train from Florence, the villa sits peacefully among rolling hills and vineyards, far away from noise,. Less than an hour's drive from Siena, the estate is located in the middle of Pienza, Montepulciano, and Montalcino overlooking Val d'Orcia and Crete Senese.
Within the 300-hectare organic estate of vineyards, olive groves and truffle fields, the property covers an area of more than two hectares and offers 360-degree views of the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside.
With thousands years of history in its walls, Borgo Belsedere offers a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of the region and captivates with its imperfect, authentic beauty.
At the heart of the complex is our medieval villa, surrounded by a picturesque outdoor area. The historic park connects the inner courtyard, including the chapel and orangery, with the spacious pool area.
This is a place designed for long mornings, barefoot afternoons, and golden evenings under the Tuscan sky.
