The villa
Nestled in the serene Tuscan countryside, our beautifully restored 19th-century villa blends historic charm with modern comfort. Soft earth tones, natural light, and thoughtful details create a space that feels both elegant and grounding.
Located near Arezzo, just an hour by train from Florence, the villa sits peacefully among rolling hills and vineyards, far away from noise, yet easily accessible.
At the heart of the property is a large swimming pool overlooking the countryside. There’s an on-site restaurant, a pool bar for slow afternoons in the sun, and plenty of outdoor spaces to gather, journal, read, or simply be.
